    Windows "fix" file (very tiny, only 1k in size)
    Run to re-set Windows runtime files that have been set as "read-only" when copied from a CD version.
    Must first be unzipped, then drop it into the "Iowa IEP Folder" and double-click on it.
    Usually not required unless you have copied the Iowa IEP system from a CD-ROM.
    If you are getting error messages that the files are "read-only"
    then you need to run this "fix" file or else follow instructions here.

Standards and Benchmarks Entry
    To enter Standards & Benchmarks, use a copy of the complete Iowa IEP system.
    Go to the "Other Options" menu from the Main Menu.
    Select the "Set up Standards" button at the bottom.
    You can enter and export standards and benchmarks easily
    from that part of the Iowa IEP system.
